The rooms are fairly clean and comfortable, although there was a minor issue with leftover items from previous guests in the bathroom. The service was very polite upon arrival but slightly less attentive during check-out. The location offers a great mix of amenities and convenient access to nearby areas. The dining options were more than adequate for a weekend stay, providing a decent selection to choose from. Overall, a good value for the money spent.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were very nice and spacious, although there was a short curtain over the AC unit that didn't seem ideal. Overall, the room was fairly clean and comfortable. The service from the staff was excellent, especially Stacy, who was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for my needs, being convenient to both Powder Springs and Austell. The dining experience was more than adequate for the weekend, offering the usual Holiday Inn fare, but could have had more hot options. The facilities were good, but I did notice some black plastic covering during renovations in certain areas.
